Who is this program right for?
Our internship program is designed for recent graduates or those nearing completion of their undergraduate or graduate studies. The 3-month program running from May until August is a full-time paid internship designed with one objective, to prepare you for a career path at EPMA. Our program is designed to maximize each intern’s time spent providing the necessary experience and knowledge to be a valuable member of the EPMA team. Interns that complete the rigorous program successfully, are given the opportunity to seamlessly transition to a full-time employee and embark on their career with EPMA.

What disciplines does the program cover?
Our program offers opportunities within our core service lines of People, Process, and Technology. This includes internships in management consulting, project management, information technology, and marketing. For those entering the management consulting program, we only take graduates with master’s degrees and MBAs from exceptional schools to ensure the right pool of future leaders and managers. During the program, each one of these areas will have overlap, allowing interns to learn many different areas of the organization, to truly understand what areas they excel in, and gain a wide variety of knowledge.
